We inspect your properties at least once a year at no additional charge and share our evaluation and photographs to keep you informed. We respond to maintenance requests 24/7 and how quickly a maintenance crew will be sent out is one of the main performance criteria for our Property Managers.
Accounting
We will ensure 100% transparency on your monthly statement posted on your online Owners Portal. We close the Month-end on 15th of each month and owner rental income will be wired to your bank account monthly. We are the only company that pay the wiring fees for domestic bank accounts.
Tenant Relations
Our team continues to provide exceptional service through the lease signing process and beyond. We act as the main point of contact for your tenants and promptly handle all their concerns.
